RETURNS & REFUNDS

EvenSkin Pty Ltd do not offer refunds.  A replacement will be offered within 30 days of purchase for any faulty product or packaging returned to us in its original condition. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of dislike, change of mind, order of incorrect product, the product not suiting your needs, the product being no longer required, or if you over-order.

All products are required to be kept below 30 degrees celcius and away from sunlight. As we have no way on knowing how the product is kept after it leaves our premises we will happily replace any products within 30 days of ordering if there are any faults with the packaging or product.

SHIPPING POLICY

Turnaround

• All orders are shipped express within 48 hours Monday-Friday 9am-3pm.
• Depending on your location the time frame for delivery is determined by the carrier.
• We use Australia Post Express 1-3 days.

BACK ORDERS

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of dislike, change of mind, order of incorrect product, the product not suiting your needs, the product being no longer required, or if you over order.
